Etota Bittersweet Aperitivo

A complex bittersweet non-alcoholic aperitivo made for the mature palate. This ruby-red, zero-per-cent sipper has a sharp tang from ingredients gentian and schisandra, a restrained sweetness from grape juice and strawberry, and depth from beetroot. Use it just like you would Campari, Aperol or other aperitivo-hour classics.

Mix with soda, tonic or gin, or make cocktails. Replace your standard mixer, diversify your negroni or reduce your hangover.

For drinkers, non-drinkers or people who want to drink less.

PROFILE: Aperitivo's are typically low-ABV liqueurs and spirits, served before a meal. They stimulate the appetite and are served alone or with light hors d'œuvres such as cheese, antipasti, bread or pâté. The aperitivo today as we know it was, was widely thought to have been invented by distiller Antonio Benedetto Carpano, in Italy in 1786.
